Welcome to our studio! These policies are designed to create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all clients while ensuring classes run smoothly and efficiently.
Advance booking is recommended, as class sizes are limited.
Reservations can be made online, through our mobile app, or by contacting the studio directly.
Full payment or a valid class package may be required to secure your reservation.
Clients may cancel a reservation up to 12 hours before class start time without penalty.
Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class) may result in the loss of the class credit or incur a cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full class fee or forfeit the class credit.
Clients on the waitlist will be automatically added to class when a spot becomes available.
Once added from the waitlist, the standard cancellation policy applies.
Clients are responsible for monitoring notifications regarding waitlist status.
The studio reserves the right to substitute instructors, modify schedules, or cancel classes when necessary.
Clients will be notified as soon as possible of any schedule changes or cancellations.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class to check in, set up equipment, and settle into the space.
New clients are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes early for orientation and instructor consultation.
For safety and to minimize disruption, entry may not be permitted more than 5 minutes after class begins.
Missed classes due to late arrival may be treated as a late cancellation.
Phones and smart devices should be silenced or placed on do-not-disturb mode before entering the studio.
Phone calls are not permitted during class sessions.
Please maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere in all studio areas.
Be mindful of personal space and avoid conversations during instructor demonstrations and guided practice.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Store personal items in designated areas.
The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
Wear comfortable, fitted athletic clothing that allows free movement and enables instructors to observe proper alignment.
Clothing should provide appropriate coverage throughout movement and exercise.
Shoes are Not allowed on Studio floor.
Classes are practiced with grip socks.
Grip socks are required for all equipment-based Pilates classes.
Please arrive clean and free from strong odors that may impact the comfort of others.
Avoid excessive perfumes, colognes, or scented body products.
Wipe down all studio equipment after use using the provided cleaning supplies.
Return props and equipment to their designated storage areas after class.
Clients are responsible for informing instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, surgeries, pregnancies, or physical limitations prior to participating in class.
Updated health information should be communicated whenever circumstances change.
Clients participate in classes at their own pace and are encouraged to modify movements as needed.
If discomfort, dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath occurs, stop exercising immediately and notify the instructor.
Pregnant clients should consult their healthcare provider before participating and inform instructors before class.
Certain exercises may need to be modified for safety.
Bring a water bottle and stay adequately hydrated before, during, and after class.
Clients should avoid attending class under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any substance that may impair judgment or physical ability.
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, including fever, persistent cough, vomiting, or other contagious conditions, please stay home and attend class when fully recovered.
Participation in yoga and Pilates involves physical activity and inherent risks.
By attending classes, clients acknowledge these risks and agree to follow instructor guidance and studio policies.
In the event of an emergency, clients should follow instructor and staff directions immediately.
Studio staff may contact emergency services when deemed necessary for client safety.
